Package Rates at Hotel Hans Egede in 2010 - Price list, beverages are not included in prices.

The price for a day conference is dkr. 1845, - pr. person at a minimum of 10 persons and includes:

Coffee and tea at the beginning of the meeting, morning coffee / tea and bread, lunch, fruit, coffee and tea in the meeting room, afternoon coffee / tea and cake, a two-course conference dinner *, ice water in the room

Accommodation in a standard single room incl. breakfast buffet.

Room rent (When fewer than 10 persons an additional room rent is charged)

The room has standard AV equipment attached.

* The chef puts together the menu on conference days, and it consists either of a starter/main course or main course/dessert.

The price for a day meeting is dkr. 460, - pr. person at a minimum of 10 persons and includes:

Coffee and tea at the beginning of the meeting, morning coffee / tea and bread. lunch, fruit, coffee and tea in the meeting room, afternoon coffee / tea and cake, ice water in the room.

Room rent (When fewer than 10 persons an additional room rent is charged)
